Claims and Returns<\/h1>\n

Your satisfaction matters to us. If the goods do not meet your expectations or show a defect, please follow the instructions below.<\/p>\n

1. Returning Goods (Withdrawal from the Contract within 14 Days)<\/h2>\n

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving any reason within 14 days<\/b> from receiving the goods.<\/p>\n

    Send the goods back:<\/b> No later than 14 days after withdrawal, send the goods to: BILL, s.r.o., T\u0159ebovsk\u00e1 60, 789 85 Mohelnice<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    Return costs:<\/b> According to the law, the buyer bears the cost of returning the goods (postage).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    2. Claims (Defective Performance Rights)<\/h2>\n

    We guarantee that the goods are free of defects upon receipt and that no defects appear within 24 months<\/b>.<\/p>\n

      Claim details:<\/b> Include a description of the defect, proof of purchase, and your preferred method of resolution (repair, replacement, discount, or refund).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Claim processing:<\/h3>\n

      We will process the claim and remedy the defect within 30 days<\/b>. You will be informed of the result by email. In case of a justified claim, you are entitled to reimbursement of reasonable costs (postage).<\/p>\n
